If at first you dont succeed...give up !

I must apologise for the messy way this entry has been presented ,What started out as a lovely idea  has turned into an abysmal failure ......I put all these pictures on here last night ,only to be told the picture adding facility wasnt available!,so I did instead ,my rather sarcastic ,facetious entry ! So in good faith and good spirits I started again this morning .....I got nearly finished adding the captions to the pictures ,when a box came up telling me I was out of time !!Well I do beg your pardon ,I am after all only a 'silver surfer ',maybe not as quick as I ought to be !.............So here ladies and gentleman are the pictures I promised and because I was so long adding captions ,I had them removed....So I have scanned the programme for you ....I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them ,in the lovely cool sweet smelling church .....I am going now before I say too much ,With lots of love

Thankyou Dianna for the lovely siggyxx

Didn't know we were being timed!! The people who did this wonderful floral display must have worked so hard to get it all done, thanks for posting the photos so we could all share it., it's absolutely beautiful. AOL are so good at messing things up, not so good at fixing their mistakes though. I was getting quite irate yesterday not to have all my pics there for so long. I notice we haven't got the search thingy like the American journals have, don't know why as we pay for the same service! Oops, think I'd better go before I run out of time! Jeannette xx

Great pictures Jan.  I love the proms and never miss the last night when I join in the rouses choruses, a sound you do NOT want to hear.  I spent ages on my entry today, kept going away and leaving it and coming back but I was not told I was out of time.  How strange

An entry and a half, great stuff

I have never seen anything quite like that before.  The flowers are lovely.  It's a very nice idea to 'act' out something in a floral spray.  I bet the church had a wonderful smell with all the flowers inside.  I'm glad you got to go and to post the pictures even if AOL was not generous with the time it gave you to add your captions.     Kathy

Hi Jan, what an excellent entry, very well done despite the efforts of AOL who tried to prevent you from doing so...lol!  What did they mean you were out of time adding the captions?  I love much of the music on the programme, thanks for sharing the photos too! :o)

Well, obviously whatever improvements were supposed to have been made seem to have made things worse.  Not surprised.  xxxx Chris

The photos are great.  AOL is troublesome sometimes but I wouldn't change to another ISP for a million dollars.  Linda in WA

Maybe it's because I took too long to get here, or maybe only your UK readers can see them.. but all I see are red X's in a box!  I can't see the pics at all!
