Change of plan/entry !

Another nice day again ,it rained as near as seven miles away, last night ,in fact I understand the there was thunder and lightening and torrential rain, and I think we may have had a tablespoonful !

                   'Wot no rain?'

Do you remember Chad ? I had a lovely entry lined up for tonight, I went to the Church this morning armed with my camara,Today was the last day of the flower festival...this years theme is "The proms' in flowers" I took lots of pictures ,of the beautiful flower arrangements, the imagination and artistry ,had to be seen to be appreciated ,the smell of the blooms inside the church was lovely....

               ' Wot no pictures?'

Ah, well maybe we will get our picture adding facility back ! Do you think ?AOL have been doing some thing that is going to make things better ! "If its not broken, dont fix it I say ",anyway as you will see, as we used to, I have filled the oil lamp ready for emergencies.....  ,I kept this  entry short ,You know why !...........

                        'Wot no alert!'

Its raining here now ,so I wont have to water the garden tonight ,So I will wish you all a peaceful evening and ,go and feed the dog and tuck into my pasta bake whilst   watching  Midsomer murders ...with love from  Jan xx

AOL are a pain Jan, as if you didn't know! I want my pictures back!I remember Chad too and I look forward to seeing all the pics you took if AOL ever get our pictures facility back. They always seem to screw something up when doing their journal fixes. I also read in Joes' journal that we don't have all the things on our journals that the Americans have......why not, we pay for the service same as them. I'm grouchy tonight because of this in case you hadn't noticed! Jeannette xx

Hi Jan,  Great entry,  I love the Chad graphic and the comments that you typed above him....very witty!   I know AOL has done something to the photos section today, I just don`t know what exactly...lol!  Would you mind if I snag the rain graphic please? :o)

We had heavy rain here too Jan but it cleared up then. The weathermen are optimistic from tomorrow until the weekend it will ho and sunny! What a pity the AOL picture facility isn't working at the moment! Maybe you could show us the wonderful flower arrangements sometime in the future, it could be a photo entry! I look forward it.

Been raining here in North Bucks since about 4pm. Ominous dark clouds are descending again as I write, at least it's reduced the temperatures and humidity. The garden is fast turning into a desert for want of water.
Aol wouldn't let me into my journal earlier and I get more cuts than a barbers shop lol. Said last week aol run at the pace of a snail with backache, I take that back: They have finally won the booby prize and are now running (permanently) at the the same speed as the snails I've been picking out of my summer bedding and squashed with my size 4 foot!! Keep laughing. Take care.

AOL is always fixing what really isn't broke, but somehow, they do manage to make things better.. most of the time.

I did hear that AOL was making some updates to the journals and such.  LOL...I can only imagine what they may be.  I haven't noticed anything different other than people couldn't get into them or the the file managers.  xxxx Chris
