Should Have gone to Spec savers

Donna is being honoured this week as Dianna's pick of the week, well deserved those of you who know Donna ,will agree, good choice ! if you dont know her, visit her ,her name is one of the ones on my side bar that work !    The above 'silly cow' was a creation of Donna's and rather appropriate ,as you will soon learn .

A couple of years ago,Maurice was, in the course of his job, driving out to see a customer ,The thing was He'd had tooth ache for a couple of days ,he'd tried all the remedies we could think of (couldnt get to the dentist for three days )He'd tried oil of cloves, Bongela ,and numerous other things ,He arrived at the customers who, when he learned of Maurice's plight suggested he buy some Ambesol,he said he swore by it for tooth ache, well you try any thing when in pain dont you ,    So of he goes again in the van until he comes to a town ...stops off at the chemist ,looks along the shelves ,Ah there it is goes to the counter ,and pays ,and  the young lady serving him was about to put it into a bag ,Maurice says ,Oh dont bother wrapping it ,I'm in agony and am going to apply it now,the girl looked at him somewhat strangely ,says just a minute ,she came back ,and said the manager said ,would you like to use the staff toilet,Oh no thankyou, says Maurice I've got the van outside ,He thought they looked a bit bemused ......goes out to the van ,puts on his specs ,to read the instructions.........He had bought Anusol ! an anointment for the treatment of haemorrhoids !

Have a good Saturday folks ,with love Jan xx

I cottoned on to that one right away and can just imagine the lady in chemists.  We needed the that treatment while on holiday in Majorca for the first time  Stuart had bad piles with lying about in wet bathing trunks if you had seen the performance in the Spanish Chemists but we evertually got the by say Hemeroids that did the trick.  Love Joan.
